Yoga classes for Adults – Positive Health, Prenatal, Youth, Stress Management and Chronic Ailments

All our classes are holistic yoga practices and include all aspects of yoga such as breath synchronization, Loosening and dynamic practices, Asana and Muscle Stretch, Core Strengthening, Relaxation, Pranayama and meditation techniques. In the below table, we mention specific practices, but it does not exclude other aspects. Just a slightly more focus is laid on the specific aspects of yoga to cater to the needs of our participants.
